The front page has over a full column taken up with: "Speech Of His Excellency John Jay, Esq. Governor of the State of New York..." to his General Assembly at Albany, signed in type: John Jay. Jay would was the nation's first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court before becoming governor of New York.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, nice condition.
