A very early newspaper for Florida. The front page has: "Laws of the United States..." which includes: "An Act for the admission of the State of Iowa into the Union" with the text noting in part: "...That the State of Iowa shall be one, and is hereby declared to be one, of the United States of America...", signed in type: James K. Polk.
Four pages, some loss in the lower half of the spine causes text loss but not to the noted content, otherwise good.
