Certainly one of the less common Confederate titles from the Civil War. Columbus is in Southwest Georgia on the Alabama border very near Montgomery.
Among the various reports inside are the continuation of a lengthy address from the governor of Georgia; "Georgia Legislature" "Letter From 'J' " concerning the Civil War; "The Country Subjugated Unless we all Work for It!" "Advance of the Enemy in the East" "Interesting From Pensacola" "Progress & Events of the War" "From Northern Virginia" and more.
Four pages, even toning, various damp staining, otherwise good.
It was in Columbus where the last battle of the Civil War was fought.
