DAILY RICHMOND EXAMINER, Virginia, March 30, 1864 A nice newspaper from the capital of the Confederacy. The front page has: "The War News--Gunboats In The James--Confirmation of the New Iberia Fight" "West Tennessee" "Affairs In Louisiana" "From the Rapid Ann--Battle of Snow Fields" "From Morgan's Command" and other items.
The back page has: "The Treatment of Federal Prisoners in New York--Dr. Sayre's Report on the Barracks" "Lincoln Plotting For Another Term--Opposition to His Re-Election".
Complete as a single sheet newspaper with a full banner masthead, very nice condition.
