COLUMBIAN CENTINEL, Boston, May 23, 1798 A nice display issue as most of the front page is taken up with 7 Acts of Congress, each one signed in script type by the President: John Adams, and in block type by the V.P: Thomas Jefferson. Once of the acts is: "...additional appropriation to provide & support a Naval Armament." The seventh Act carries over to pg. 2, where also are found two letters each signed in type: by the President: John Adams.
Four pages, some foxing, good condition.
