Page 3 has some reports concerning peace talks between England & America. Also: "After some deliberation the ministers have resolved to continue the American war...a request of a re-enforcement of not less than 10,000 men...". Inside has a column on: "Particulars Relative to the Arrival & Treatment of the Admiralty of Mr. Henry Laurens, late President of the American Congress". Laurens was captured by the British, imprisoned in the Tower of London (the only American every imprisoned there), eventually released in exchange for General Earl Cornwallis.
Eight pages, 8 1/2 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
