This uncommon Midwestern title has news of the day with many advertisements. The front page has an article headed: "Bloody Conflict" "Whites and Blacks Arrayed Against Each Other" "A Large Number Killed and Wounded" See images for text here.
This issue is not fragile as newsprint back then was made of cotton and linen rags, allowing them to remain very pliable and easy to handle. Complete in 4 pages, a little margin wear, generally in good condition.
