WALKER'S HIBERNIAN MAGAZINE, (Dublin, Ireland), March, 1789  Bill Reese notes in one of his catalogs: "This important Irish monthly was founded in 1771 and continued until 1811, the later years under the auspices of Thomas Walker's son, Joseph. During its long run in its different incarnations,  the "Hibernian Magazine" filled the role of a general Dublin periodical in its coverage of news and politics from Ireland, Britain, Europe and North America...". The back several pages is where "Domestic Intelligence" is found.
Included is a continued article: "Memoirs of George III" which includes the events relating to America just before the Revolutionary War. Also: "New Account of Petersburgh" & other articles. At the back are various news reports of the day, mostly from Ireland & England.
Measures 5 1/4 by 8 1/2 inches, nice condition.
