All pages on all 8 pgs. are black-bordered for the death of Webster, with the top of the 2nd column having; "Latest Intelligence" "Mr. Webster's Death" with the report beginning: "The death of Daniel Webster is the all-absorbing topic today as well as yesterday..." with more, with the text taking over 4 columns of text. Another ftpg. head introduces his biography with: "Mr. Webster" "Interesting Reminiscences of his Early Life".
