Page 3 has a curious item, meant to criticize Governor Clinton but having more contemporary relevance as well: "I observe...that one of the amendments proposed to the new constitution is that 'no person shall be eligible to the office of President of the United States a third time'..." with more. It would be the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution (ratified in 1951) that would make this the law of the land, some 160+ years after it was considered.
A line in this article is mostly lost to close-trimming at the top (see) but the sense of the article is not lost.
Four pages, nice condition.
