THE PENNSYLVANIA JOURNAL & WEEKLY ADVERTISER, Philadelphia, April 24, 1784 The masthead features a quite large & decorative engraving, making this newspaper nice for display. The front page has a "Proclamation" by the sheriff (see photos), plus other notices. All of page 2 is "An Act..." for raising funds through a lottery to pay for improvements to public roads.
Four pages, a bit irregular at the blank spine, generally nice condition.
