The front page includes reports from: "Proceedings of Congress" which includes: "...The House then took up the report of the committee of the whole House on fixing the seat of the permanent government of the United States. Mr. Lee made a motion to strike out of the resolution ' east bank of the river Susquehannah, in the state of Pennsylvania,' and to insert in lieu thereof, 'north bank of the river Potowmack, in the state of Maryland..." with more (see).
Four pages, 9 3/4 by 11 1/2 inches, very nice condition.
