Always one of my favorite newspapers because of the two nice engravings in the masthead (see photos). This issue has on the front page a report datelined: "Boston, in New-England" which notes in part: "...our Governor issued forth a Proclamation requiring & commanding all the officers & soldiers in pay...to repair forthwith to their respective quarters..." with more including mention of potential trouble with Indians (see photos). Other news reports on the front page with the bkpg. taken up with ads & notices.
Complete as a single sheet newspaper, 8 by 14 1/4 inches, partial red tax stamp on pg. 2, great condition.
