THE WEEKLY MESSENGER, Boston, Nov. 22, 1811 Most of the ftpg. contain "Documents Presented to Congress with the President's Message" continued from a previous issue, signed in type: James Monroe. Pgs. 2 & 4 have 4 more letters each signed by "Jas. Munroe" [sic] and pg. 3 has a brief document signed: James Madison.. Never bound nor trimmed, great condition.
