THE SPRINGFIELD DAILY REPUBLICAN, Massachusetts, Nov. 20, 1863 This issue contains a very historic report, being the complete printing of the now-famous Gettysburg Address by President Abraham Lincoln at the dedication of the national cemetery at Gettysburg. Page 2 contains an article headed "Consecration Of The Gettysburg Cemetery" giving considerable detail on the events and ends with the portion headed: "A Closing Address by President Lincoln" which includes a complete printing of his famous speech (see photos). Piece missing from the top margin of the front leaf, not close to any text, otherwise in great condition & complete in 4 pages.
