HARPER'S WEEKLY, New York, December 27, 1913  This issue does not have the original color cover; it begins with the Table of Contents. Included within are: Window Washers with the caption, "Sure! Yuh wanta git insured--the comp'ny pays yer funeral if yer killed, and if yer injured fer life yuh git ten t'ousand dollars!" by John Sloan; "Christabel" by Elizabeth Robins; "Was Tammany Really Destroyed?" by Sydney Brooks; "Where the Banker is Superfluous" by Louis D. Brandeis; "The Income Tax in Operation" by C. M. Keys and "The All-American Football Team" by Herbert Reed. There are also several illustrations in this issue including the double page illustration called ""Warum" or Hairo Worship" by James Montgomery Flagg plus there is a photo called "A Carpenter Shop in Nazareth" plus much more.

Other advertisements of the day are included as well, helping to portray life at the turn of the century. This issue is in very good condition.
