CHICAGO DAILY TRIBUNE, July 21, 1934

* Minneapolis General Strike of 1934
* Trucking companies - teamsters
* "Bloody Friday" - police shoot picketers

The front page has a great banner headline: "BATTLE RIOTERS; 68 WOUNDED" with subheads. (see) Nice for display. Two related photos on the back page. Always nice to have notable events in history reported in this World famous publication.
Complete with all 24 pages, this is the "rag edition" printed on very high quality newsprint meant for institutional holdings. In great condition as such, a few small binding holes at the spine.

wikipedia notes: On July 20, 1934, 68 were injured in a day of fighting during the Minneapolis general strike. Police fired into a mob of protestors when they attempted to block a delivery truck trying to leave the central market.
