The centerfold contains the icon cartoon by (Mark) Alan Stamaty: "A Glimpse of The Village", which became so sought after, The Village Voice had posters created to meet the widespread interest. The cartoon takes nearly all of both centerfold pages.
All of the classic "Voice" features are present as well, including advertisements for various clubs, cafes and coffee houses featuring up-and-coming as well as established musicians and groups. Ads for performances at "MAX'S Kansas City", "CBGB and OMFUG", "The Bottom Line", and more. See images for details.
Complete, some pages with even toning, but in overall good condition. A Village Voice "For Xerox Only" stamp is on the cover.
