Page 67 has a iconic 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch advertisement for "KISS In Concert" for Madison Square Garden. (see image)
wikipedia notes: On February 18, 1977, the band performed for the first time at Madison Square Garden – a venue all four members had long dreamed of playing. That night was also the Garden debut of opening act Sammy Hagar.
In the tour program for the band's final tour, Stanley reflected on the tour: In 1972, I was a taxi driver and I remember driving people to the Garden to see Elvis Presley. I thought someday people will be driving to the Garden to see me and just a few years later Kiss was headlining the Garden. It was a big deal to play for our families and friends... nerve-wracking to say the least. We were beside ourselves backstage, sweating and very, very nervous. And before we went on, all of us shook hands and said "Well, we're here. We're really at the Garden."

Page 56-57 has a terrific double page centerfold advertisement for the World premiere showing of: "Pumping Iron" for it's opening in New York City. This ad measures 21 x 14 inches. Being a weekly publication, this is actually the opening day ad for this film. And this film made it's World premiere in New York City as well.
I suspect this to be an extremely rare item because their was really no reason to save it at the time.
It is worth noting that "The Village Voice" was an American news and culture paper, known for being the country's first alternative newsweekly. Founded in 1955, the Voice began as a platform for the creative community of New York City.
Complete with 112 pages, tabloid-size, one crease across the center, nice condition.
