GAZETTE OF THE UNITED STATES, Philadelphia, March 12, 1791  Inside has more than a full column taken up with: "Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, Laid on the Clerk's Table by Mr. Benson, to her Proposed by Congress to the Legislature's of the Several States". This proposed Amendment to the Constitution relates to the Supreme Court.
Page 3 has a letter from General McGillivray, leader of the Creek Indians, dated at "Little Tallasee".
The back page has most of a column taken up with three Acts of Congress, each signed in type by George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson. The first is: "An ACT giving Effect to the Laws of the United States within the State of Vermont."
The top of the back page has an advertisement for: "Manuel Noah, Broker..." a noted Jewish financier.
Four pages, minor archival mend near the spine, good condition.
