THE MACON DAILY TELEGRAPH, Georgia, April 22, 1912  The front page has a banner headline: "SIXTY-FOUR BODIES OF TITANIC'S VICTIMS ARE PICKED UP IN OCEAN" with several subheads including: "Some Of Bodies Recovered Are Sunk As They Are Beyond All Hope of Preservation" "Regarded As Identifiable However--Every Effort Toward Identification Will Be Made, Says Ismay..." with more.
There is also a front page photo of: "J. Bruce Ismay", managing director of the White Star Line, owner of the Titanic. His photo is headed: "Called To Washington To Tell More Of Disaster".
Complete in 12 pages, various chipping at the margins, a few archival mends. Fragile and should be handled carefully.
