A terrific issue on the World premiere of the motion picture hit "What's Love Got to Do with It" and perhaps no better issue could be found than this, the leading newspaper from the home of the entertainment industry - the Hollywood area's prime publication. Note: This movie made it's World Premiere in Los Angeles on this day before expanding to the rest of the country a few days later.
The front page of section F has a review of the film headed: "'Love': Playing It Nice and Rough" with subhead and 2 related photos. Another related photo inside. Also a Large advertisement for it's opening in Hollywood. (see images)
A quite rare issue as it would not have been saved since it contains no historically significant content. Present are the complete sections 1 and F totaling 38 pages. Great condition.
