The color cover of this issue (see photos) features a very large and formal display of the American flag. Beneath the flag is a quote from Woodrow Wilson headed "Our Flag". The quote, delivered by Wilson at the Hotel Biltmore, New York, on May 17, 1915, begins: "WHEN I think of the flag which those ships carry, the only touch of color about them..." and more (see photos). Generally very good condition. 20+ pages.
