Page 3 has a report with a small heading; "Nauvoo" noting in part: "Quite a commotion exists in Hancock county between the citizens of Nauvoo and Warsaw...an officer from Warsaw...placed in confinement on the charge of being one of the murderers of the Smiths...citizens of that place would come up to effect his liberation, a posse of 200 Mormons were ordered out to resist them..." and a bit more.
Pages 2 & 3 have: "President's Message on the Slave Trade" signed in type: John Tyler. Another smaller report on "The Slave Trade".
