Among the first column heads on the Civil War are: "LATEST NEWS" "The Southern Rebellion" "A PROCLAMATION BY THE PRESIDENT" "No More Commerce With the Rebels" "Reported Battle Near Leesburg" and more.
The first column also has: "A Proclamation" which is signed in type by the President: Abraham Lincoln, in which he prohibits commercial trade with states in rebellion.
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed so it folds out to one large sheet, minor margin wear, good condition.
