Death of James Garfield: mayor's notice...

An interesting item being a notice from the mayor of Fremont, Ohio, announcing the death of President Garfield. The front page has an announcement reporting: "DIED. At Long Branch, New Jersey, Sept. 19, 1881, at 10:35 P.M., James Abram Garfield, President Of The United States. Aged 49 years and 10 Months. Funeral obsequies at Cleveland, Ohio, Monday, Sept. 26th, 1881, at 10 o'clock A. M. Interment at Lake View Cemetery."
This little four page notice is dated September 23, 1881.  Below this announcement is a message from the mayor of Fremont suggesting, in concurrence with a message from the Ohio Governor, that: "...the citizens of Fremont 'that upon Monday, the 26th inst., all business pursuits be suspended,' also that memorial services be held next Sunday in the city churches, and that the bells in the city be tolled during the last hour...of the...funeral rites, on Monday."
The notice is dated "Fremont, O., Sept. 23, 1881" & signed in type: E. Loudensleger, Mayor. The text of the announcement is Mmeasures 7 3/4 by 4 3/4 inches, four pages although pages 2 3, & 4 are entirely blank. In great condition.
