"The Defense of North Carolina" plus most of a column taken up with a editorial. Also: "The Fight at Fort Donelson--Exciting Rumours" "The Law & The Lord-Protector of Ruffianism In Richmond" "Prosecutions Under the Sequestration Act" "Confiscation of Yankee Property--Important Act of Congress" "From Roanoke Island" "Telegraphic News" and other items.
The back page is mostly taken up with various Acts from the Confederate Congress.
