Page 2 contains two Acts of Congress, each signed in type by the President: Th. Jefferson, & headed with a nice engraving of a heraldic eagle.
Page 3 has a brief yet notable item: "The following is the verdict of the Coroner's inquest, relative to the death of the late Gen. Hamilton: 'That Aaron Burr, Esq. Vice President of the United States, was guilty of the murder of Alexander Hamilton--and that William P Van Ness, Esq. Attorney ate Law, and Nathaniel Pendleton, Esq. Counsellor at Law, were accessories."
Four pages, never-trimmed margins, various foxing, good condition.
