The top of page 3 has a one-third column report on the Mormons headed: "More On The Mormons - The Mormon War".
The report, and another within the article, include in part: "...A great many of the Mormons had made their escape from Caldwell county, leaving their families...giving the stipulations of the treaty made by him and the Mormons...at the time of the surrender of the Mormons. The matter was entirely settled before the arrival of General Clarke...The following are the stipulations between the parties:..." and what follow are the 4 principal part of the treaty.
Four pages, very nice condition.
