* Rare 18th century American title
The bottom of page 2 has an ad for: "Negro Tom" describing: "A Black Man, about 5 feet 6 inches high...ran off from Fell's Point on Sunday..." then describing his clothing, etc. The back page has: "Twenty Dollars Reward" with a description of: "...a Negro Man named Frank..." with details.
Four pages, purple colored staining affects the middle section but causes no loss of readability, otherwise in very nice condition.
