A terrific issue which also includes the 16 page "War Supplement" with its own war-themed masthead.
The 'regular' issue has many prints including: "Major W.F.M. Arny, U.S. Indian Agent for the Territories, Successor to the Famous Kit Carson". Also: "War in the Shenandoah Valley--Front Royal" & other war-related prints. The "War Supplement" also has a doublpage centerfold: "The War In The Shenandoah Valley..." on Cross Keys; plus "View of Harrisonburg, Western Virginia" and more. The four page print is divided in two portion by the binding process.
Total of 32 pages, binding holes at the centerfolds, generally good condition.
