Page 3 has a letter: "...from Rochdebout, on the Ottawa River, or Miami of Lake Erie..." which begins: "I congratulate you on the agreement of the council of the confederated Tribes, to the listed proposals of peace from your government..." with more.
Page 3 has much on the French Revolution, one report beginning: "The successes of the arms of the Republic of France over those of despotic power being an event interesting to the happiness of mankind..." with more.
The back page has a notice from the "War Department" concerning pensions to war veterans, signed in type: H. Knox, Secretary at War. The bottom of the back page has a advertisement for a runaway slave. (see)
