A territorial newspaper as Arizona didn't join the Union until 1912.
Page 2 has two-thirds of a column taken up with a detailed account of the shootout at Wilson Ranch, headed: "Cold Blooded" at which the Halderman brothers killed two officers. The front page has: "The Pursuit" concerning: "...from Phoenix, where he went to secure blood-hounds to be put on the trail of the Halderman brothers...organized another posse & is leading them...".
Part of their legacy is being the last to be hanged in Tombstone.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, good condition.
