The front page has some text concerning negotiations in Paris to end the war, bits including: "...handed about in Paris, the substance...of the answers & representations given by dr. Franklin in a conversation he had lately with the 'french minister upon american affairs The Doctor...testified the very great & just esteem Congress & himself had for his Most christian Majesty ...& the whole French nation..." with much, much more on Franklin's thoughts on the terms being discussed to end the war.
Four pages, never bound nor trimmed, red tax stamp on the front page, very nice condition.
