THE LONDON CHRONICLE, England, July 26, 1770 Page 6 has most of a column headed: "America" being a speech by the Lt. Governor of Massachusetts in which he talks about he concerns for operating the government, signed in type: T. Hutchinson.
Page 3 has an interesting advertisement headed: "American Lands" promoting the sale of: "...thirty-five thousand acres of choice land in the county of Albany and province of New York...situated in a populous and flourishing part of the county..." with a bit more detail.
Eight pages, 8 12 by 11 1/4 inches, very nice condition.
