The front page has an entire column taken up with an Act of Congress: "An Act to Regulate the Claims to Invalid Pensions" signed at its conclusion by: Go. Washington, as well as John Adams and Th. Jefferson. There is an ink spot in this Act.
Four pages, a tear repair in the bottom half not close to the mentioned content, otherwise good.
