The front page has a nice banner headline: "A NEW STAR IS ADDED TO THE FLAG" with subhead. Includes President Theodore Roosevelt's proclamation which is signed in type: Theodore Roosevelt. (see) All on the front page and nice for display. Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 8 pages, small library stamp within the masthead, a few small binding holes along the spine, generally very nice.
