Two columns of the front page are taken u with four Acts of Congress each signed: James Madison. One is: "To Extend the Right of Suffrage in the Illinois Territory..." and another: "...An Act for the Admission of the State of Louisiana into the Union..." which would not happen until 1817.
Page 2 has some good War of 1812 content including the; "British Account" concerning the Constitution vs. the Guerriere. Also: 
"Gen. Hull's Army "American Squadron" "Frontier News" and more.
Four pages, good condition.
