The entire front page is taken up with reporting from the: "American Congress".
The back page has over a full column taken up with a report from the "Army of Italy" being a letter signed in type by: Buonaparte. Four more letters signed by him as well, on the "Engagement of La Chinse" "Battle of Tarvis" and more.
Included as well is a single sheet "Extraordinary" issue taken up entirely with the response of Congress to the President's speech of a few days prior, being the special session of Congress to deal with the troubling XYZ Affair with France.
Four pages, nice condition.
