Beginning on the front page is an article on Washington's birthday headed: "Of the Anniversary Natal Day of the First Political Saviour of His Country" which carries over to page 2 and includes a toast to him & others.
Page 2 has an address of the Penna. Society of the Cincinnati to George Washington, followed by the: "President's Answer" signed in the: G. Washington.
Four pages, minor chipping at the margins, paper-making flaw in the Washington letter (see photo), good condition.
