The front page has a banner headline: "PRESIDENT CALLS CONGRESS ATTENTION TO NATION'S PROSPERITY AND ITS NEEDS" with subheads. Pages 6 & 7 are taken up with the complete text of the address and ends on page 8 signed in type: Theodore Roosevelt. Surprisingly this issue is in good condition being from the "wood pulp" era. Very hard to find issues that are not totally fragile from this era in paper.
Complete with 6 pages, two small, lightly inked library stamps within the masthead, a little irregular along the spine, nice condition.
