Page 3 has a small bot notable article: "Polygamy at the Salt Lake" which notes in part: "...a letter from the Salt Lake, the capital of the Mormons of Deseret...confirms...that under the Mormon law, a man may have as many wives as he can support...The successor to Joe Smith is a man by the name of Brigham Young, about 45 years old, a pretty cute fellow...He has the largest number of wives of any one in the settlement--only 26..." with more.
