The entire ftpg. is taken up with: "Letters from an American Farmer describing Certain Provincial Situations, Manners, and Customs not Generally Known...". An interesting & detailed account of the "culture" of the American people at that time.
Two-thirds of pg. 4 are taken up with an interesting letter signed "A Loyalist" defending the action of the hanging of Capt. Huddy, which led to the very controversial Huddy/Asgill Affair. And half of pg. 5 is: "A Letter from the Board of Loyalists to Sir Henry Clinton" concerning the Huddy/Asgill Affair as well. Page 7 has an account of a naval action between the British & Americans.
Eight pages, never-trimmed margins, 9 by 12 inches, very nice condition.
