Pg. 6 has: "American News" which includes a letter concerning the Huddy/Asgill Affair which is followed by a letter of response signed in type: George Washington. The bkpg. has an item noting; "The Americans derive a great benefit from one circumstance, that their deliberations in Congress are secret & their weakness of course is not blazoned forth to the world by authentic documents...".
