Page 3 has a letter: "To the People of Great Britain" which begins: "When I resolved to address you on our failures in the American war, a general apathy prevailed in every quarter of the kingdom..." with much more, taking over one-third of a page.
Another page mentions: "...And as the loss of Lord Cornwallis's army was entirely owing to a want of naval strength on the American station...".
Eight pages, never bound nor trimmed, 9 1/4 by 12 inches, very ice condition.
