THE MARYLAND GAZETTE, OR THE BALTIMORE ADVERTISER, April 9, 1790 Page 3 has a list of recommended amendments to the Constitution by the state of North Carolina. Page 3 has over a column taken up with an Act of Congress for the support of government for 1790, signed in type by: George Washington, John Adams, and Thomas Jefferson.
Page 4 has: "An Act to Establish an Uniform Rule of Naturalization" also signed in type by Washington, Adams, and Jefferson.
Four pages, light damp stain to an upper corner, nice condition.
