A detailed account of the battle of Massacre Canyon, fought in Nebraska. It was one of the last hostilities between the Pawnee and the Sioux and the last battle/massacre between Great Plains Indians in North America.
Complete in 10 pages, toning at the folds with some archival mending, irregular along the spine.
