NILES' WEEKLY REGISTER, Baltimore, Oct. 8, 1825 Of interest is a report on the "Western Indians" taking over half a page.
Also the "Naval Court of Inquiry" concerns an incident with pirates and Cuba (see Niles' dated November 1, 1823).
Sixteen pages, very nice condition.
As noted in Wikipedia, this title: "...(was) one of the most widely-circulated magazines in the United States...Devoted primarily to politics...considered an important source for the history of the period."
