Also on the front page is a nice signed in type by: John H. Morgan, beginning: "Soldiers--I am once more among you after a long & painful imprisonment. I am anxious to be again in the field..." with more.
The back page has the always-interesting editorial, this one focusing more on conscription of soldiers. Over half of the back page is taken up with reports from: "The Confederate Congress"
