The front page has a banner headline announcing: "Senate today Passed the Prohibition Resolution by a Vote of 47 to 8" with subheads including; "Senate Accepts the Resolution As It Was Passed by the House" "Will Now Go to States For Ratification or Rejection..." and a bit more.
Complete in 20 pages, a little margin wear, some foxing at the fold, partially loose at the spine, generally good. Should be handled with care.
